How to use: If you've already built your business profile (see "Start here") and saved it as a Claude Project / Custom GPT / Gemini Gem — open that and paste this prompt inside. The AI will interview you across 7 questions, then produce a complete pre-ghostwriter outline: the central question (one literal question that anchors the book), the 3-act arc with percentages, a chapter list of 12-15 chapters each tagged present-moment / flashback / interlude, the privacy taxonomy of what to leave out, the "test the central question" cut rule, a 90-day schedule to a 2-page proposal plus three sample chapters, and the agent/ghostwriter brief you send when you're ready.
