Terms of Service

1. What Miah is

Miah is an AI assistant, delivered as a hosted subscription service. Depending on your plan, Miah connects to your existing AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini), captures and follows up on leads on your behalf, and helps you run your business. These Terms govern your use of Miah in any form — the assistant, the web app, and any connected capture or outreach tools (referred to collectively as the “Service”).

2. Your account

You need an account to use the Service. You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for everything that happens under your account — including actions taken by team members you invite. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Subscriptions and billing

The Service is offered on a subscription basis, billed monthly or as otherwise agreed at signup. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We'll give you reasonable notice before any price change takes effect on your next billing cycle. You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future billing but doesn't refund the current period.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Send unsolicited, deceptive, or unlawful communications, including messages to contacts who haven't consented to hear from you;
  • Violate any applicable law, including telemarketing, SMS, and email marketing regulations;
  • Upload or transmit malicious code, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' data;
  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell the Service without our written consent;
  • Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

We may suspend or terminate access for accounts that violate this section, with or without notice, depending on severity.

5. Your content and data

You retain ownership of the content you submit to the Service — contact information, messages, voice recordings, and similar material. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to provide and improve the Service. See our Privacy Policy for how we collect, use, and protect data.

6. SMS / messaging program

Text messages sent through the Service come from the Miah platform on behalf of the specific business a recipient opted in with — not from Miah or OnlyDans directly, and not on behalf of any other business.

  • Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time.
  • Reply HELP for help.
  • Message frequency varies.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service — in the latter case, with reasonable advance notice where practical. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (ownership, liability limits, governing law) will survive.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular business outcome will result from using it. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Miah and its affiliates won't be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or revenue, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you consent to that jurisdiction.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you directly. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
