For EACH: the fee proposal in their own words (AUM %, tiers, any minimum quarterly fee, planning fee, flat or hourly options), your rough portfolio size in round numbers ($750K, $2M, $10M), what you remember from the meeting about fiduciary status (did they say "at all times" or hedge with "for advisory accounts"), whether they're in IAPD only or also in BrokerCheck (look this up — adviserinfo.sec.gov and brokercheck.finra.org — 5 minutes), what they said about Form ADV Part 2 conflicts (Items 10, 11, 14), athlete or HNW client examples they named (or that they couldn't), and whether they offered live references you can actually call (not compliance-curated testimonials).
