Draft a one-page proposal

What you need: The discovery call notes or email thread where the client described what they want (paste it raw — the AI pulls the language they used). Their name + company + the specific outcome they said they wanted. The 3-5 things you'll actually deliver, with counts and formats (e.g. "one Webflow site, 5 sections", not "website design"). The price and how they'll pay (deposit + balance trigger, or milestone schedule). Your timeline with real dates — kickoff, key reviews, launch. The date you need them to sign by. Optional: anything you want to flag as out-of-scope so it doesn't become free work later.

How to use: If you've built your business profile (see "Start here") and saved it as a Claude Project / Custom GPT / Gemini Gem, open that and paste this prompt inside — the AI uses your profile context, knows your voice, and skips questions it can answer. Otherwise, paste into any fresh AI chat. The AI will interview you across 7 questions, then produce a one-page proposal you can paste into an email or a Google Doc. The output is the document that gets signed — not a draft, not a starting point. It has the six sections clients expect (header, what we discussed, scope, timeline, investment, next step) and explicitly avoids the contract-style language that triggers legal review. If the deal is over $25k or in a regulated industry, follow this with a separate signed scope-of-work or contract — but this 1-pager closes the verbal yes into a signature first.
