Summarize a meeting from a transcript

Decisions, owners, dates, and one risk — from a raw transcript.

What you need: The raw transcript pasted in (MeetGeek, Otter, Fathom, Read.ai, Granola, or just your own notes). The date and the kind of meeting (internal team, client, sales, board, 1:1, etc.) and who was in the room. 2 minutes to skim the output and fix any obvious owner/date errors before you send the follow-up email.

How to use: Open the AI of your choice (the right tab below) and paste this prompt. Answer the 5 quick context questions, then paste the full transcript when asked. You'll get back a structured recap: TL;DR, decisions made, action items with owner + due date, open questions, tone notes, and a ready-to-send follow-up email in your voice. If you've built your business profile and saved it as a Project / Custom GPT / Gem, drop this prompt inside — the AI will use your voice automatically and skip the context questions it already has the answer to. Pairs cleanly with "Turn a meeting into 3 LinkedIn posts" — same transcript, different output.
