Three-touch follow-up sequence

Day 3, Day 7, Day 14 — without the "just checking in" energy.

What you need: The prospect's name, role, company, and the one conversation or pitch this is following up on (when it happened and what was discussed). One specific data point per touch that you actually have — a recent piece that hit, an audience metric that changed, an observation about their company's recent move. Doesn't have to be the same for all three; the AI will ask. Your honest read on whether they're warm-cold, ghosting, or genuinely thinking.

How to use: If you've built your business profile (see "Start here") and saved it as a Claude Project / Custom GPT / Gemini Gem, open that and paste this prompt inside — the AI uses your audience metrics and post-career or business context automatically and skips questions it can answer. Otherwise, paste into any fresh AI chat. The AI will interview you across 6 questions, then produce a three-email sequence at Day 3 / Day 7 / Day 14: each touch adds ONE new data point, none read as "just checking in," and the Day 14 close uses a low-friction multiple-choice format with a graceful referral ask that preserves the relationship for next year.
