Crisis response — a tweet went sideways

What you need: The tweet (paste the text or screenshot it, and tell me how old it is and roughly how much pile-on you have — replies, QTs, follower DMs). Who you are and who the audience is — NFL pivot, SMB founder, creator, public figure. Whether there's a specific person inside the post (a teammate, a customer, an opponent) who matters to handle separately. And honest answers about screenshot exposure, sponsor risk, and how badly you want to defend yourself versus how badly you want it to die.
