Run a weekly pipeline review

The 15-minute review that finds the stalled deal before it dies.

What you need: Your current open deals — for each one: account name, deal owner, value, expected close date, current stage, and date of last meaningful activity. Plus your numbers from this week vs last week on three counts: calls set, proposals out, new leads in. 10 minutes to walk through the answers honestly. Bring the real dates, not the optimistic ones.

How to use: Save this in a Claude Project / Custom GPT / Gemini Gem and run it every Monday morning. The AI interviews you in 6-7 questions, then produces (a) a paste-into-CRM inventory table with movement classification, (b) a stalled-deal triage block with REVIVE / PAUSE / DEAD calls, (c) next-best-action per active deal, (d) a leading-indicators read on what's filling the pipeline NEXT, and (e) three named, dated commitments for the week. Paste the inventory into your CRM Notes. Send the three commitments to your team channel by EOD Monday. Same prompt next week — only the contents change.
